A Spiritual Heart
Tinos is synonymous with spirituality, primarily due to the famous Church of Panagia Evangelistria. The church's icon is believed to have miraculous powers, adding to the island's mystical aura.
A Haven for Art Lovers
Art thrives in Tinos. The island is renowned for its marble craftsmanship, a tradition passed down through generations. Visitors can explore the Museum of Marble Crafts in Pyrgos, offering insights into the island's artistic heritage. Additionally, Tinos hosts numerous art exhibitions and workshops, making it a hub for creative minds.
An Unspoiled Natural Paradise
Tinos' diverse landscape is a hidden gem. From pristine beaches like Agios Sostis to rugged mountains, the island caters to all tastes. Hiking enthusiasts can traverse the old paths connecting traditional villages, unveiling panoramic views and untouched natural beauty.
A Taste of Authentic Greek Cuisine
The culinary scene in Tinos is as rich as its culture. Local specialties like "Tinian louza" (cured meat) and "tyrokafteri" (spicy cheese spread) are a must-try. The island's tavernas serve fresh seafood and local wines, offering a true taste of the Aegean.
A Journey Through Time
Tinos is dotted with picturesque villages like Pyrgos, Kardiani, and Isternia. Each village has its charm, with narrow cobbled streets, whitewashed houses, and blue-domed churches. Visiting these villages is like stepping back in time, immersing in a tranquil, traditional way of life.

A magnificent place to visit all the summer. If you choose September will be even more wonderful. There is a big sandy beach in front of your room and that is comparable only with the sandy beaches in Maldive's islands.
